১. থিমসমূহ
- থিম কেনার পর একবার ডাউনলোড বা অ্যাক্সেস পাওয়া গেলে তা রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
- কেনার আগে থিমের ফিচার, ডেমো এবং ডকুমেন্টেশন দেখে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নিন।
২. কাস্টম ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন ও ডেভেলপমেন্ট
- কাস্টম প্রজেক্টের রিফান্ড কেস-বাই-কেস ভিত্তিতে নির্ধারণ করা হয়।
- কাজ শুরু না হলে, অ্যাডমিন চার্জ কেটে আংশিক রিফান্ড দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
- কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে না।
- ক্লায়েন্টের পক্ষ থেকে ক্যানসেল বা সহযোগিতা না করলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৩. ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং
- ডোমেইন ও হোস্টিং কেনার পর তা ফাইনাল ও রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়, কারণ এগুলো থার্ড-পার্টি প্রোভাইডারের মাধ্যমে রেজিস্টার করা হয়।
- একবার রেজিস্টার হয়ে গেলে তা পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করা যাবে না।
৪. টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট সার্ভিস
- থিমের জন্য সীমিত সময় (যেমন ৬০ দিন) ফ্রি সাপোর্ট দেওয়া হয়।
- অতিরিক্ত পেইড সাপোর্ট বা কাস্টমাইজেশনের সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির পর রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়।
৫. রিফান্ডের জন্য কীভাবে অনুরোধ করবেন (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)
- যদি কোনো রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হয়, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে info@webnewsdesign.com ইমেইলে অর্ডার বিবরণ এবং যুক্তিসংগত কারণ উল্লেখ করে যোগাযোগ করুন।
- আমরা আপনার রিকোয়েস্ট মূল্যায়ন করে ৫-৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে উত্তর দেবো।
৬. নীতি পরিবর্তনের অধিকার

1. Themes
- All theme purchases are non-refundable once the download or access has been provided.
- Please review theme features, demos, and documentation before making a purchase.
2. Custom Website Design & Development
- Refunds for custom projects are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on project progress.
- If work has not yet started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
- If design or development work has started, no refund will be issued.
- In case of client cancellation or lack of cooperation, no refund will be provided.
3. Domain Registration and Hosting
- All domain and hosting purchases are final and non-refundable as they are registered with third-party providers.
- Once registered, domain names cannot be changed or canceled.
4. Technical Support Services
- Support services are included free for a limited period (e.g., 60 days for themes).
- Paid support or extra customizations are non-refundable after the service has been delivered.
5. How to Request a Refund (If Applicable)

- We will evaluate your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
